Individual Therapy

Therapy for deep feelers, high achievers, LGBTQ+ adults, and neurodivergent minds ready for meaningful change.

Who I Work With

  • LGBTQ+ adults

  • High-empathy and emotionally intelligent men

  • Neurodivergent adults (including ADHD)

  • High achievers navigating overwhelm or burnout

  • Individuals processing trauma, grief, and identity transitions

Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who appear strong externally but feel stuck or overloaded internally.

What We Work On

  • Trauma and unresolved childhood experiences

  • Anxiety and nervous system overwhelm

  • ADHD and executive functioning struggles

  • Identity exploration

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship patterns

  • Major life transitions

My Approach

I integrate:

  • EMDR

    • A trauma-informed therapy that helps the brain reprocess difficult experiences so they feel less overwhelming, helping the past stay in the past, and installing a remembering of resilience and overcoming.

  • Guided imagery

    • Deeper insights often arise when we welcome stillness and get “out of our mind.” Incorporating visualization supports emotional insight, relaxation, and nourishes a deeper connection with your wisest self.

  • Meditation and nervous system regulation

    • Simple grounding practices that help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and build greater emotional balance.

  • Practical strategies you can apply immediately

    • Actionable tools and coping skills designed to help you navigate challenges and support your well-being in everyday life.

I believe directness is kindness. Therapy should create movement, not just conversation.

Clients often leave therapy with:

  • Greater peace with their past

  • Increased self-compassion

  • More clarity in relationships

  • Courage to pursue meaningful change

  • A stronger connection to their authentic self

Clinical Supervision

Grounded, relational supervision for developing and established clinicians.

Supervision is about becoming the therapist you are meant to be.

I provide individual clinical supervision via telehealth for:

  • Therapists working toward Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Therapists working toward Licensure in Addiction Counseling (LAC)

  • Licensed clinicians seeking ongoing consultation and professional support

My Supervision Style

My supervision approach is:

  • Heart-Centered

  • Practical and skill-focused

  • Trauma-informed

  • Rooted in self-awareness and sustainability

We focus on:

  • Case conceptualization

  • Ethical considerations

  • Boundaries and professional identity, growing the practice of your dreams

  • Countertransference and emotional impact

  • Nervous system awareness in both therapist and client

  • Sustainable self-care practices

Supervision should feel supportive, clarifying, and strengthening—not intimidating.

Even if you are already licensed, ongoing supervision can be a powerful way to remain connected, supported, and grounded in this work.

Group Therapy

You don't have to navigate this alone — and sometimes, the most healing happens in community.

Kellee facilitates an ongoing LGBTQ+ affirming therapy group, meeting the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month from 10:00–11:30 AM. This is a space where queer folks can show up fully, be witnessed, and do real therapeutic work alongside others who get it.

The group currently has 3 open spots.

If you're curious whether this group is a good fit for you, the first step is to reach out and start a conversation. Email Kellee with any questions, and she'll guide you through scheduling a consultation call to explore the fit before you join.
